Another small project heading out the door. This is a chassis harness for the technology demonstrator. Done in Automotive PVC thinwall, from 0.35mm to 6mm cross-section wires. Nothing crazy is needed for this project as the loom will be in a protected chassis box, so a simple bundle and partial tape wrap construction, perfect for this sort of low-volume semi-industrial application. Also a set of battery and power leads, again this only needed simple crimped terminals and basic construction techniques.
