Urgh, early in the workshop and first task to hand, cut 50 wires at 300mm, one by one it’s a slow job.
This little trick can help. Take some scrap cardboard a little longer than your final wire length, you can quickly wrap a large number of turns around the former.
Use side cutters to cut through each end.
Bundle and wrap wires with harness tape, then take some cable shears and trim to the final required length. Bingo! lots of wires quickly cut to the same length.
